FAQ
What is the deposit for each package?
A 35% deposit of the package price is required to get your date & time secured on our calendar.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will typically receive between 400-800 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Do you offer prints?
I do offer prints, please let me know what quantities and sizing you need. Payment is due before order is placed for prints.
What is your reschedule policy?
We do not allow reschedules unless the weather permits us from doing the session. We make a schedule to go by and try to stick with it so that we can promise our clients their scheduled time. If an emergency comes up, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedule. If you wish to reschedule, a $150 reschedule fee will be applied.
What happens if I am late to my shoot?
We ask all clients to arrive 15 mins prior to session time. If you arrive later than 10 mins your original session time is forfeited. If we have room in our schedule we will work you in. Otherwise, you may have to reschedule and a $40 reschedule fee will be applied.
How do I download & pick my images?
Once your gallery link has been sent you may use your email to open your gallery to view your images. You will use the heart favorite button to pick the amount of images that come with your package. Those images will then be sent to your email for download.
What if the weather is bad the day before shoots?
We will still do shoots as long as it is not raining the day of. If the area is too muddy, we will contact you in advance to let you know of the reschedule date.
When are you available?
We pick 2 weekends each month, sometimes less with Weddings. If you book a newborn, lifestyle, or fresh 48 you are top priority along with Wedding Clients.
Is my deposit refundable?
Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable.
Do you offer re-edits?
If you are not happy with your edits, please send us a message with your concerns, if the process needs a certain amount of time, the re-edit fee is $60.
Do you charge to travel?
We love traveling, but if your session is out of our area, we do charge a travel fee. Travel fees are by the mile of $1.20 cents per mile. Contact us for quote as we normally do flat rate deals!
What is the pricing for a full gallery?
A full gallery includes every edited image that you see on your online gallery. The cost of the full gallery is $175.
